WHAT IS GIVINGTUESDAY?

In 2012, GivingTuesday was first conceived as a simple concept: a day to inspire good deeds among and between individuals. Hundreds of millions of people throughout the world have been inspired to give and celebrate the joy of giving ever since. The premise behind GivingTuesday is simple. Every act of generosity counts, and every person has something to contribute.

At NAFC, the work we do is inspired by the drive to help meet the needs of communities throughout the country. Free and Charitable Clinics and Pharmacies continue to care for almost 2 million people each year, providing crucial health services. They are able to accomplish this through the generosity of donors, partners and volunteers.

The fight to support the nation’s medically underserved is never over, and there are countless ways to get involved. We encourage you to get involved today, whether through donating, volunteering, or simply spreading the word!
