Thank you Volunteers, from the NAFC - National Volunteer Week

During this National Volunteer Appreciation week, we would like to thank our incredible volunteers who support the National Association of Free and Charitable Clinics (NAFC) and our member clinics.

We at the NAFC believe that health care should be a right and not a privilege, and that in the interest of public health everyone should have access to affordable, quality health care.

Through your generous donations of time, talents and funds, you make sure that seeing a doctor is more than a dream, it is a reality for the Nation’s medically underserved.  Because of the amazing level of support the NAFC has received, we have been able to provide free medical care and connection to important resources such as local clinics for over 15,000 uninsured people in cities throughout the nation, all done with the amazing help and support of over 13,000 volunteers

It its truly because of your support that we are able to meet our mission of broadening access to affordable health care for the medically underserved by increasing public awareness, promoting volunteerism, and supporting and advocating for the nation’s safety net of Free and Charitable Clinics.

On behalf of our Board, our members, and our patients, I would like to say thank you for your unwavering support, drive and generosity. We thank you for joining us on our journey to Build a Healthy America, One Patient at a Time!

With gratitude,

Nicole and the NAFC Staff
