The President is the Chief Executive officer of Exalta Health reporting to the Board of Directors and is responsible for the planning, design, implementation and effectiveness of all Exalta Health programs and services.

Duties and Responsibilities:

·      Provide oversight for a collaborative process to develop and implement Exalta Health’s central mission.

·      Lead in the design and implementation of Exalta Health services and programs in collaboration with the Medical and Dental Director.

·      Serve as the chief public relations spokesperson for Exalta Health.

·      Ensure that internal and external communications regarding Exalta Health are effective reflecting organizational values and mission.

·      Provide leadership to the development staff in fund development activities.

·      Lead and support the development of donor relationships including in person and phone communications.

·      Provide leadership for donor and volunteer events.

·      Oversee all executive functions of Exalta Health, including strategic planning and implementation of processes to measure, assess and improve the performance of the organization’s governance, management, clinical and support processes.

·      Ensure that appropriate staff and volunteers are recruited, trained, supervised, evaluated and   dismissed as appropriate.

·      Provide staff leadership serving as the chief human resources officer.

·      Design and organize staff positions in an effective and efficient manner ensuring Exalta Health’s values and HR policies are fulfilled.

·      Supervise direct report staff including Directors, Managers, and Coordinators as assigned.

·      Collaborate with the Finance Commitment of the Board to submit an annual budget to the Board of Directors.

·      Provide leadership for all financial aspects of the organization.

·      Oversee the development of annual plans including strategic, finance, development, communications, volunteer, and community outreach.

·      Represent the organization to all internal and external stakeholders.

·      Provide leadership in marketing including speaking engagements, media and marketing, and written communications.

·      Collaborate with appropriate community partners.

·      Oversee the management of facilities of Exalta Health.

·      Ensure that all operations are run effectively and efficiently.

·      Ensure that organizational policies and practices are legal and ethical, and clearly communicate effective and efficient management practices.

·      Collaborate with community organizations for shared programming and information exchange.

·      Assist and support the Board in its governance responsibilities.

·      Maintain regular communication with the Board of Directors serving on board committees.

·      Respond to and report back on any other assignments given by the Board of Directors.


Competitive annual salary and benefits commensurate with education, experience and compensation packages of similar organizations. Compensation is determined by the Board of Directors


·      Committed Christian in agreement with the Exalta Health Statement of Faith

·      Completion of a Master’s degree in public administration, management or healthcare industry experience preferred.

·      Minimum of five years’ experience in upper level management administration.

·      Demonstrated leadership abilities.

·      Experience with budgets and financial reporting.

·      Demonstrated ability to raise funds for a non-profit organization.
