Measure how much your clinic saves local hospitals in reduced ER visits/Admissions, while collecting patient satisfaction scores

New NAFC partner TCI Software Inc.’s Rounds® software program enables clinics to capture patient experience, satisfaction and treatment quality data in real-time as patients leave their clinic appointments. The low-cost software also tracks cost savings realized by hospitals and other providers through reduced ER visits and admissions--important measures for grant and other performance-based funding. 

Two TCI program users, Chris Vaughn, RN and Executive Director of the John P. Murray Community Care Clinic of the Carolinas Healthcare System, and Karen Webb, Health Education Coordinator for Wayne UNC Health Care will also share their experience as TCI program users.
