Payment Information

When registering for the 2025 Charitable Healthcare Symposium, you may pay by either credit card or check. You will indicate your payment preference during the online registration process. To pay by credit card, you will enter your payment information on our secure site and the card will be processed electronically.

Please note, all check payments must be received at the NAFC no later than Wednesday, September 17, 2025.

If you wish to pay by check, please select "Bill me later" during your registration process and follow the directions below:
  • Make checks payable to NAFC
  • Write the word "Symposium" in the memo section of your check
  • Important! Be sure to enclose a copy of your Registration Confirmation with your check
  • Mail the document and check to:

Group Discount

If you are registering more than 3 people, the first 3 registrants will pay the full registration price and then any additional registrants added will be offered a discount of $100 off the registration price.

Instructions: Please register your first three registrants and once completed, contact the NAFC at [email protected] BEFORE registering anyone else to receive a discount code to be used for each additional registrant.

Refund Policy

If canceled by August 29, 2025, the NAFC will refund the full conference fee, minus a $100 administrative fee. The NAFC will not refund any monies after August 29, 2025. Submit all cancellation/refund requests to the NAFC via email at [email protected].

No refunds will be processed without a cancelation email sent to [email protected] by August 29th. If you register but do not show up to the symposium and do not send a cancelation email sent to [email protected] by August 29th, you will still be invoiced for the full registration fee amount if not already paid.

Symposium Registrations that cannot be refunded cannot be used for future NAFC membership fees or symposiums.

NAFC Meeting & Event Code of Conduct

The National Association of Free and Charitable Clinics (NAFC) is dedicated to providing a harassment-free Symposium experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, physical or mental ability, physical appearance, body size, race, age, religion, nationality, or political beliefs. The NAFC does not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form. Sexual language and imagery is not appropriate for any conference venue, including presentations, meetings, and social events. Symposium participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the Symposium without a refund at the discretion of the NAFC Symposium organizers.
